I have had to use this namespace to conduct urgency on how something drastic, serious, and fatal is happening in
our nation. What is about to be disclosed here may just blow your mind.
[ emoji ]. It is extremely difficult for me living through this
situation to wrap my very own mind around this, but what I am going to
express to you here in this space, is truly true real.
I
would never never never ever create a space of fake news on top of
this way out crazy world that has haters run-a-muck in the silence hide
and duck. They have been allowed to win. I have even labeled it a Massive Mischievous Marvel of Molding Muck.
That was years ago Mr. President, years years ago.
It
is now the year 2019 and in the past couple of years something has
changed to the exposure of certain invisible forces that I could not fully see but knew it was there affecting something through a lens of memetics patternized ways of wrong way living.
For what had been occuring was odd to the sense that something wicked is happening here and it is beyond my control and over powering me, unjustly, in hate related messaging, and disturbing opportunity to erode a trust so instrumental to my
living with a disease of HIV. This is where we have to somehow come to a
rational sense of what has occurred here, is who
has been not paying attention to the elements here are really reallly
reallllly reallllllly disturbing. I am not taking this out of context your honorable President Obama. I am not making a spin on it or overdramatizing it or even overstating it!

We can't continue this ignorance that there is no problem here, a wicked problem here, an intractable conflict problem here!
Who is the one to whom I put some respectful consideration of augmented time delayed conscience over this matter?
Sorry sir to be blunt,
but that would be you Mr. President when you took pen to paper and
signed the reauthorization bill for the Ryan White Care Act, the source relationship of today that I can fathom with my personal experiences at hand.
If it goes beyond that, I can't for sure target such a
statement of irresponsible conditions of federal authority crossing
over to other aspects of this affect that is holding to
a presence of hate based memeplexes that is generating the
disturbance of "the force" [ concept: Star Wars Universe ].
Of today, what I can say about that wrong way living here is by the interaction of my involvement with
the local region to region to region Ryan White Care Act funded social
service agencies in their agent/client interfaces. There has been lacking a great communication barrier that has to this day never ever been placed to standards.
The analyst in me has to apply some rationality to be placed into "informational theory" understanding, The social sciences of most recent [ 5 years period ] research results
that has placed the erosion of trust [ or #SocialTrust / #SocialCapital
] to be a major root cause foundation to the trends upward and downward
of violence, the murder rate, and in this country mass gun shootings. This is that "The Force" that I just said above.
That
skips over the problem internal of the Ryan White Care Act funded
social service agency/client dysfunctional interface that erodes trust.
That skips over the region to region to region displacement that has occured individually in my case that erodes trust.
That
skips over the documented journalize record of experiences that I
have placed onto a certain set of internet domains that serve "live content" as a "life journal" record of my attempt to define this wicked presence in my life.
This
wickedness felt was defined a couple of months prior to the internet
domain name space registration [ June 2005 ] that is what brought you

For it was June/2005 when
this registration was created onto our information society to define my
world. For this domain is a direct result of taking the
definition of "fucked up human" that I applied to the
Urbandictionary that has the motto: "Define Your World". This is a

extremes as "Real Up Human". On Urbandictionary, there is linking
center point definition of "Humans". These are not accidental
foundation structure, Mr. President. These are very much intentional
definitions -- in foundation is called a "trust
ladder".
I
learned this foundation from combining my natural understanding of
technology coupled with involvements to the ethics and moral
standings of Wiccan and Magick. It has to be said here, Mr.
President. If I had not had this portion of my religious and
spiritual studies, this creation of a "trust ladder" would not be
mine.
However,
someone, sometime, somewhere would have done the same thing. The
naming is not required as I have reached to and acquired. It could
be anything named of two polar opposites of positive and
negative influences [ my case TRUST ] and centerpoint value of

These
two copies of the same post are not mistakes. As you realize by
the introduction here of this trust ladder, they represent both sides of
the equation. They are equals.
This
post is not the first thing to define the trust ladder. But it is
the first thing that has actual online timestamping proofs.
This was posted when I was living in Oakland CA, working for a
small plumbing subcontractor as their Computer and Financial Operations
Controller, managing mostly very well sir on a trajectory of bountiful success. I even held a Notary Certificate within the function of construction documents interlaced with my responsibilities. Again, notary function is about trust.
But, I actually had something drastic occur that month that would alter the course of my life path forever.
I know that the origin time period that I became infected with HIV was a
period that began April 6th into the termination date of my job
severed of my co-dependency with my employer. I quit two
times actually. The first was April 6th 1999 and 10 days later, their
computer crashed. We are is a spiral of something out of my
control now. I should have never came back to save the disaster
they would have had a complete data loss. In an Unix operating system,
they started a new filesystem over on top of the active working hard
drive. They also overwrote the backups that were there with blank file
directories. I came back with an agreement I had with my boss, the
owner of the company. In that discussion, he would not look me in
the eyes naturally. I had to command such respectful
attention. I should have never came back into that situation
without an employment advocate of some sort to place the imbalances
that were there into focus for also repairing.
I am also making you aware of my tidal wake holding me strong to a level of guiding trajectory, before I was employed by this plumbing contractor in Oakland CA, with high interface and responsibilities to business
operations, computer operations, and technology software development [
see resume ] at that employment position that was in it's
12th year. A co-dependency that I did not recognize was so tied to
me. I really was not making the money for the work product that I
was producing. It left me in lesser resource to make
decisions based on substance of self-sufficiency rather than below
basic human needs. This period between April and July is when
"most likely" [ > 90% sure ] was when I became infected by HIV by
carelessness at the hands of stress to the full and complete process of a
data restoral project. I found a 9 month old backup in the course
of human events, that if it was not for my knowing that Microsoft
software does not always tell the truth. The backup format of this
9 Month old backup would not verify it's integrity between Windows OS
release versions. I knew better, it was an OK copy. I made
that leap of faithful skillful knowledge and moved to a lesser version
to run it's restore, aye ok. Complete new hard drives
purchased to a fresh OS running install, restored 9 month backup
and what had to be done is to crash data forward manually applied
database tweaks from hard copy printing data of runs for mainly
payroll. We get the point right?
I had then to do the rest of the logic processing steps for the corrupted hard drive file system. The
hard drive had to be externally scanned by an outside company. As I
was crashing forward a new running OS install, the other persons in the
office were tasked to find a company to restore the data. What
occurred, if I was not present [ Tier 1 ] they would not have applied
the 9 month backup because of a software lie. [ Tier 2 ]
DISASTROUS FOR UNINVOLVED TECHNOLOGY UNDERSTANDING
PEOPLE. The first company they picked to scan the data hard
drive could not find and complete a data restoral. In this
presented reality of a two tiered failure, without me, most likely no
one would have completed the understanding of what I had knowing the
integrity of my data redundancy on the hard drives to have multiple
copies of the most essential data files scattered on the drive,
auto scheduled as a part of the script that reinitialized at
midnight every single fucking day.
My
script code I knew took that result to an impossibility. All they did
was start a new filesystem. The user data never reached and
breached. I had of course to take this responsibility onto my
own to research the companies who do this function of emergency data
restoral. My first pick of course found the data. I am no novice
here, believe me.
Before
this job I said, my very first job was working as a interfaced low end
job paid scale "page", the lowest of the low for the entire city
collective. A page [ stacking books, checking out materials etc.,
pretense statement here not proved ] working for the
San Bernardino Public Library System. I was hella more functioning
resource wise as a page. I was page embedded at the Cosand
Computer Center Lab. More than just a page, I developed the
software that ran the Cosand Computer Center from 1985 through the Y2K
issue and beyond [ I wrote the software itself ] to the impact of
computer literacy for the entire city if not for my natural technology
talent, they would have never been able to make a decision to have a
computer lab in the first place when the moved from the old address
library to the new constructed building library in 1985 where it sits
today.

information science, and its legacy. PRIOR to employment, I was a
"computer bum" who could not afford a computer at home. Many

just socializing with a group of kids all together attempting to get as

the very first exposures to the library resource, when in the course of
human events, I was taking myself to the library to absorb as much as humanly possible the experiences interface of working with a microcomputer. The library acquired these

basically two of today's HP Tower computers set side by side.
This was 10 Mb. It was just in the time of 1984/1985 when I started my technology interface that I am naturally skilled at. I have had very little true schooling on this subject of study. That is all I needed to understand a computer well enough to follow through as a foundational knowledge of operation working [ how it works ] to continue my natural abilities to absorb technology at this stage of my life.
I wrote from scratch what is now called a device driver interface to a hardware device that was given to the library in
this package of stuff that no one knew what to do with it there at the
library. It was a modem. I created a dial up BBS called Microlink.
Taking great research to find, I claim it to be only the 2nd dial
up BBS operating in the country of the United States of America by a
public library.
I come into the mix as a naivete youth who had ok grades, a bit of a odd ball social life involved in my peers, I actually had some emotional mental health therapy in my teenager years. I was a homosexual in a very odd redneck [ term ] of a city. I grew up gay in the city of San Bernardino CA Centennial Class [ 1883-1983 ], of San Bernardino High School. If you know your history well, 4 or so blocks north on the same street of the first McDonalds. This experience of the creation of McDonalds was given that E Street served as the social scene main street drag cruise way of the 50s/60s. My generation held it's gathering here up the mountain. Why this point is important to this story will be revealed later.
This
is the basic to which I am born into. I gruw up gay in the City of San
Bernardino in the generation of the class of 1983 when homosexual youth
of this region were viewed as pickings to hassle by bullying.
I never ever lost my sensitive element of myt personality. Except for the last few years. This agency is FRAUDULANT in its services and practices when it comes to serving the HIV population and utilizing Ryan White Funding. My recommendation for any HIV client interested in signing with them is to run as far and as fast as you can...they treat HIV consumers with contempt and umprofessionlism.
This
is not the only review holding against the Ryan White Care Act showing a
systemic problem [ obvious to anyone who could be actually listening to
social media by my campaigns of recent efforts, being ignored. I
